Rachelle appointed to the Young Adult Leadership Counsel for the NCLD

Undergraduate RA, Rachelle Johnson was appointed to the Young Adult Leadership Council for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). The NCLD is a diverse group of young adults diagnosed with learning disabilities and/or attention issues, who are future leaders in the disabilities movement and plan to create change for those with learning disabilities. Rachelle is highly passionate about learning disabilities and plans to spend her professional career researching and advocating for those with learning disabilities. She feels being a part of the council will present her with even greater opportunities to advocate for and create a lasting impact for those with learning disabilities, while engaging and forming connections with others who share similar goals.
